By visiting our store or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Online Store Terms
By using this store you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products and Information
We try to display our products, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen. Our products are household cleaning tools; results depend on the type of dirt and the surface being cleaned. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown at checkout, including the currency, and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties and shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
6. Fulfilment, Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped with the help of third-party suppliers and carriers. Processing, delivery times, customs and lost parcels are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, Refunds and 30-Day Guarantee
Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights as a consumer are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
