How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-13 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Order Management

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@sonaya.shop with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Email us right away with your order number and the correct address, and we will try to fix it before dispatch.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

Scrubly is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

We're sorry about that. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue at info@sonaya.shop and we will make it right.
