1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your Scrubly brush. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you live in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You can use our 30-day guarantee period instead, which is longer. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email.

3. Conditions

Please return the product in reasonable condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase. We may ask you for a photo of the product to help us process your request.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@sonaya.shop with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 24 hours and send you return instructions. Please do not send a parcel back without contacting us first, because we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you return a product that was delivered correctly, you pay the cost of returning it. If the product is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered, we cover the cost of the return or send a replacement.

6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

7. Refund Timing

After we receive and check your return, we process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time. If you have not received your money within 15 business days, please contact us.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and items that were custom-made for you cannot be returned.
